Pet peeves: When people say "heightth". THERE IS NO "th" SOUND AT THE GOD-DAMNED END OF "height"! That shit just drives me up the wall.
Obsessive compulsive about: Line length in code: When I write code, if I can, I like to use words with an equal number of letters in them as variables so my lines of code can line up. (Of course, this assumes you are using a mono spaced font)
